With a marketing degree and 15+ years in the digital space, she manages every client account like it’s her own. Passionate about turning likes into loyal customers and posts into profits, Chelsea makes sure each business we work with gets 100% of our focus- meaning no competing clients in your industry. Born and raised in the CSRA, she’s deeply invested in helping her neighbors thrive. When she’s not working, you’ll find her with her husband Jay, chasing their two boys, reading, tending to her plant collection, working out or enjoying the sunshine, red bull in hand.

Part Army vet, part business ops guy, part soon-to-be-licensed drone pilot; Jay keeps Manna running and looking sharp from the ground and the sky. He makes sure every project is completed with excellence and that our promise to never work with competing clients holds true. He’s all about helping fellow small businesses stand out. Outside of work, he’s husband to Chelsea, dad to two boys, gym regular, sports car enthusiast, and the first one to suggest an outdoor adventure.

Maggie is Manna’s creative powerhouse. With a Graphic Arts degree from Liberty University, she’s the one behind the lens, the designs, the brand kits, and the perfectly curated feeds. She brings the same local-first focus to her work, ensuring each client gets unique, non-cookie-cutter creative. Her mix of artistry, strategy, and just the right amount of perfectionism ensures every project shines. Basically, if you’ve seen something gorgeous from Manna, or any of our clients, Maggie made it happen.
